I'm selling my LC 120 after two years of happy ownership.
Its just passed it's MOT at a Toyota dealer where it has also been services for the last two years in my care.
It was a Toyota "approved used" car.
It has 89K miles and still has 2 months Road Tax left.
There is a Parrot MK 9200 kit...
Honestly; brim-to-brim, perfect weather, 300 odd motorway miles, all the time in the world, slipstreaming trucks, ballet shoes on, air-con off and never using more than 2K rpm.
Very, very, very tedious indeed, but try it.
Just picked up the car from Toyota who have fixed the seat heater.
Anyone want to hazard a guess as to the cost to replace the element in the seat base?
My newly aquired on 9 November, approved used LC4 auto is in the garage for the heated seat.
Just had a call to say it needs new engine mounts. It's only done 58K.
Is this a symptom of it having had a very hard life?
It judders when you come to a stop with your foot on the brake.
It will be...
This is probably bordering on sacrilege, but is it easy to remove a tow-bar from a 2007 LC4?
Toyota want £90 + VAT to do it and gave me some dire warnings about wrecking the electrics, especially the reversing lights?
Thanks
I have recently bought a 2007 LC4. I'm very happy with it.
However, the horn I think sounds a little feeble. It may well have come off an Aygo!
Does the team have any suggestions as to what horn units I can replace the OE with please?
I'm not looking for the American locomotive type, just...
A man in Scotland calls his son in London the day before Christmas Eve and says, “I hate to ruin your day but I have to tell you that your mother and I are divorcing; forty-five years of misery is enough.”
'Dad, what are you talking about?' the son screams.
“We can't stand the sight of each...

Any use?
Picked this up a few days ago.
Most of the farmyard and dog smell seems to have gone.
Not been far in it yet so can't really report on much.
Seems to handle a bit better than I was expecting and parking it is not the nightmare I anticipated.
More follows in due course.
Just back from the Toyota garage.
To be fair, they've done a really good job of cleaning it up. There was a nasty mark about 10 x 4 inches on the carpet right by the tailgate that wouldn't shift, so they've put a new load tray in to cover it up.
On a drive, Mrs P reckoned she could still get a...
Can anyone recommend a good indy in the Solihull / Birmingam areas please.
May well need a few bits and bobs fitting if the once over proves OK tomorrow and I buy it.
The Wagon and Horses burnt down and there's an Aldi store there now.
Haven't decided on what to do yet Clive. It's my first 4 x 4, so uncharted territory for me.
I do about 20K miles for work and usually buy a big comfy cruiser with my car allowance, but I really wanted something completely...

It's Toyota - the search times out by the look of it.
It's in Birmingham

15 posts made, now I can post a link!
I've recently joined my local boxing club and the trainer there suggested that I tried skipping to get fitter.
After doing this for an hour, he handed me a rope and said, "Use this. You won't look quite as camp"
