2012 Prado 150 Series Stereo

Hi all, hope someone can help, I've bought a 2012 Altitude and I'm looking to upgrade the software to include bluetooth audio (not just phone calls) and to upgrade the maps. Is there any solution to this out there? Thank you.

Can toyota supply a DVd upgrade ? For the maps at least.
