Hi Guys
Thanks for the info I have sent e-mails to them all so hopefully one of them
will have what I want. I have found it a really time comsuming act over the
last few days trying to get stuff in the UK because we do not have it here
or I cant find it because im blind. Firstly what I want comes in sterling
which has to be changed to euro, then comes the shipping, then comes the
searching the local market, then comes taking the ferry and the cost of
that, hiring a trailer or roof rack. Take for instance tyres, they are
cheaper in the UK ,but when I add on the shipping, then getting someone here
to fit them, adds up to about the same. Here the tyres I would like are
about 120 euro each fitted. I can buy them in the UK for about 77 euro but
add on between 15 or 20 euro per tyre for shipping, then add on another 10
euro or so for fitting here and theres not much saving for all the hassle.A
trip accross the water will cost about 190 euro return then you have the
meals, diesel used over nights etc and is it worth it. Try to but or hire a
roof rack and thats more savings gone down the drain. Hire a trailer or but
one and the ferry will screw you. I think ill take some headach tablets O I
for got I cant cause ill over dose with all the ones im taking for me
knackered back. What a grand life it is . Ah at leasst I still have some
french wine which helps a little but thats going fast too nearly as fast as
the memory. I can't even get the OME in this place.
