Aftermarket seat

Hi I have recently purchased a prado 90 series but would like to change the front to something aftermarket but not sure which brackets to buy or where to get them has anyone done this before?

The swb front seat has legs on the sliders so my plan was to cut the whole lot off the old seat , weld a flat plate between them then bolt the new seat to that .

Then i realized because i'd bought an aftermarket seat with a fixed headrest i would no longer be able to fold it down for sleeping in the truck so i never did do it though i'm sure it would work .
