IIRC those Suburbans have a 35 USgal tank as standard, about 130 litres in metric.

I don't quite know the tank capacity but I have put in more than 40 UK gallons in one go. Usually it will easily do 700 miles between fillups at 17mpg. Towing an 80 brings it down a bit and on Sat I had to put fuel in at 600 miles to get the last 60 miles home. Adding 2l of 2 stroke oil to a tank makes a difference of about 1 MPG and it does run smoother and quieter. I haven't filled it up yet but when I do I will know the exact MPG.

Yep Grant a 97 GX Amazon from the Highlands of Scotland. The place I picked it up from hired skis snowboards and the like so it was a fair way up. Its exactly the same as the one I am running and had a fair wedge thrown at it recently so a lot of it is useful to me.
