Landrover are 15" so no problem finding tyres , 16" it seems to me are more difficult to source , at least when i was buying tyres .

Well there you go , shows how much i know about defenders .

LOL! Nah, Defenders have always run 16s (and the old Series vehicles too). Places like Paddocks and the other LR usual suspects carry mostly 16" tyres. Some people do convert to 15s to get US size tyres, but they're in the minority.

255/85/16 here, 2" lift, perfect size in my opinion
