Body shop help

Dear All,
Does anyone know what might be the best way to find reputable and most
importantly, economical body shop repairers to fix up my FJ40. Is there a
some kind of list of outfits, supported by user recommendations?
I want to do substantial repairs and metal replacement where required to
make the body good again, followed by a re-spray. There is a substantial
amount of rust and quite a few panels will need to be replaced. It is my
intention to waxoil after this work has been done.
Please help if you can, I am based in SW London, but happy to travel to a
good place.
Steve Ackhurst - FJ40

Hi Steve,
With so few 40 series around and many of the older TLCs not having
major rust problems (OK some of the 60s do) I suspect that your best
bet would be to look at some of the classic car restoration companies -
pick up a copy of one of the classic car bags and you should find some
sympathetic body panel specialists advertising in there.
Most modern body shops only ever really wield a bit of filler and then
swap over the odd panel.
