Carling switches

anyone know best place to get Carling Switches from, prices do seem to vary from what i have found

I want a switch that locks in the centre and works momentarily both ways as a winch control in the cab

or look for a taxi in a scrap yard. i've got a bag of them now which i pulled from a taxi.
