Confused

Hi all I've finally joined the cruiser club and ditched the patrol but when turning slow corners eg. In a carpark the front wheels seem to skip as though they are trying to drive and 4wd is engaged
The transfer is in h2 the 4wd switch in the cab is off but when I checked the front hubs there is nowhere to "free" the hubs there is only a dust cap there
Amy ideas would be greatly appreciated

Been to toyota today and told due to wrong diff oil the plates in the LSD have jammed I should be able to fix this by changing to correct oil 90w and driving in figure 8 motions until it becomes free
Hope this works
