Council common sense what could go wrong .

In that article it says pavement parking is already banned in London, that's not true, I can't remember where at the moment but somewhere near me I have seen pavements marked out with white lines allowing cars to park part on road and part on pavements and in places completely on pavement.

In all fairness Chas, it does say with some exceptions by agreement with the local council. Maybe your white lines examples are just that?

It was the irony of it that struck me , you can park on the pavement but you can't drive over it to park on your own property :wtf:
