Courtesy lights

The courtesy lights on the back doors of my KZJ78 are tempremental. I can't see te normal switches. So how do they work? Am I missing something simple?

I will answer my own question! What a wally I did not spot the rubber covered switch! How I missed that I do not know. So a good clean will cure it.
