dash lights up like a christmas tree?

all the dash lights are on in my 1987 70 series. i have changed the altenator and regulator still no luck!
any body no what else i could do help would be greatly apreciated!

have you checked if the alternator has a good earth? I have heard that this is a common problem, but seeing as you have changed the alternator then you may have covered this

Try earthing the dash if its the earlier metal one. I remember reading somewhere that the dash on some 70 series is earthed to run all the lights, etc. Run a temp wire from the battery earth point to check it out.
