electric chair problem

Hi guys,
I have a bit of a situation with my drivers chair;
My electric chair has put some plastic out of its place (look at the pic's) so I put my chair on pieces almoast to the end and then my knowledge stoped

this plastic shouldn't be outside of its place, and i can not put it in just with hands, so I guess I need to put this parts of chair in pieces like this:

how to put this parts apart/how to repair this? please, help me
