Hi Chris,
You should be fine on the Alloys initially, then possibly look to Frogs
- they sell some modular looking steels.
If you are used to MTs, go BFG MT - it really depends on what you want
them for.
OME is a good safe bet.
ARB/TJM are much of a muchness and very hard to get hold of - TBR are
still doing the ARBs. There are also a couple of people doing custom
made ones, although you will need to let them have the car for a week
or so.
At the cheap end you have the African Outback from TBR around ?500 then
others around the ?700-750+ range - ideally aim for Aluminium.
Get your stock wiring harness upgraded or go for a HID kit and then it
comes down the budget. One of the LR magazine had a reasonable review
of various spots last week showing some at ?35 being as good as others
at ?235. For rack mounted ones I like the X-Lites for the front and
cheap old Tractor style work lamps at the back (available from your
average agricultural supplier).
No idea, sorry.
Kaymar/ARB are both around ?900 + ?350 per wheel - try to find someone
to make you one!
Off the shelf ones are around ?900 - either make your own or find
someone to make them for you.
Frogs make them up, although not sure of the costs - alternatively look
on ebay for Dog guards for LC - that's where I got mine. Again the
cheapest option may be to get something fabricated to suite your
requirements.
Most likely will have to be custom made.
I would go for Viar, although I have a Bushranger from TBR - it is
actually a Viar one that has been rebadged.
The standard choice is Optima although I see Frogs are now selling
another brand - not sure if they think they are better or just get a
better deal on them ;-)
TBR do a nice simple IBS one for around ?135
