I was wondering the same thing Shayne, it looks almost like a hard-shell RTT "let into" the roof, a bit of work, but a great idea if it doesn't intrude on headroom inside the truck too much.

it's a dutch truck.
to have it registered as a utilitarian vehicle, the top of the roof has to be at least 25 cms above the top of the door rubbers. So they put a higher roof on it.
btw :the purpose of the uploading of the picture was to show off MY truck. I hope you understand that above comments on my mate's truck (and no appraisal whatsoever on the great white fantastic supertruck ) are a big let down for my ego.
