1987 FJ60. Installing 5 speed with 3F bellhousing. Removing 4speed. After installing 5 speed, when you push the clutch all the way in, the motor fully disengages.
When you let the clutch all the way out, it seems to drive just fine.
But when the clutch is somewhere in the middle, it’s making noises. Sounds like something spinning at hitting something .
Again, only when pedal being pressed.
Can someone help identify this noise??
It doesn’t make noise when fully in or fully out. It’s not chattering or vibrating pedal.
What did I do wrong?
