One of our friends lives near Preston, and was in town one day with their (then 3 yo) daughter and one of her friends; they spotted a lady walking down the street in full Hijab and shouted out "Look Mummy, there's a monster" All credit to the lady, she came over and spoke to all of them, lifted her hijab and and proved that she wasn't a monster.

Mind you this is the same child who was in the supermarket mid week with her Dad, and as the bottle of wine was going through the till exclaimed "Mummy working, Daddy drinking"... her Dad's a copper and therefore was on his time off! One of the other infamous stories about the same child is that she was running down the road, turned to a complete stranger and exclaimed "Look I'm running!"... the stranger was in a wheelchair...
