Gap between roof and top of tail gate

I've just noticed that there is a pronounced gap between the top of the roof and the top of the tail gate when it's closed.

I cannot recall such a big gap on my diesel 80, and on the 100 there is rubber extrusion between the gate top and roof line.

Can anyone take a photo of the top of this tail gate so I can compare it to mine.

Top gap is 9 to 9.5mm all the way across. Side door gaps are 5 to 5.5mm. As long as the door has a good seal I can't see a problem personally. JMO

I didn't measure the gap but it looks a bit closer than yours Lazz.

Chas my pic makes the gap look a little distorted. Thanks for the pic. It looks the same gaps yours TBH.

my tail gate is the same and i also have the paint missing from the top edge like some of the tailgates above i wonder why.
