gauges to keep an eye on 80 series

Thinking about putting a couple of gauges in my 80 so i can keep an eye on things going on under the bonnet
Don't want it looking like a boy racers car . Just 1 or 2 gauges
And also where would you fit them ?
Again i don't want them ontop of the dash etc . I like the subtle look

Now what gauges should i fit ?
What make should i look for ?
And where on the dash should i put them ?

I have to say that the Arduino gadget is an excellent bit of kit - I haven't worked out the autopilot yet though AP...

Cooling water flow
ATF Temperature
Battery voltage
