Help needed !!!!

Afternoon all, I’m looking for assistance in getting a howl/ whine and vibration diagnosed and fixed ( possibly a front diff) I’m no mechanic and struggling to find anyone to help, I’m on Berks, Surrey, Hampshire borders so happy to go in any direction within reason,
