Hey there, looking for some support with a potential engine swap for LJ79 to 1 kz automatic. It currently has a manual 5L 5speed transmission.

Im currently working on this restoration project. For a neglected LJ79 that needs quite a bit of work. And some modifications. Im having a hard time sourcing oem parts for the restoration. I will post as the project comes along. For now i intend to keep the 5L with manual transmission as it works. The engine swap will be the last thing. On the menu.

Quite a bit of work.. the chassis and suspension are good just rust looking. But the body needs fair share of work. Plan to have the rusted areas it cut and welded. I really dont like body filler.
