High level brake light

Hi all
I'm hoping to do a little job on the cruiser but have come unstuck at the first hurdle!!
The job in hand is this: I'm hoping to fit a roof spoiler to the cruiser which incorporates a brake light but it doesn't completely cover the original one so the plan is to remove the old light lens and fabricate a panel to cover the hole.
The problem is How to remove the old lens- there are no fixings inside the door so there must be an alternative method I'm guessing
Any ideas would be a great help

If its like the one i had to replace on my 120 then its held in place with adhesive foam only, no screws or clips

Thanks for the reply.I had a feeling it was something like that but I didn't want to prise it off and crack iit
