How do I upload a manual?

I am at a loss how to upload a manual.

It can't be that difficult, or can it?

There should be an upload button in each section now Graham. By default, people cannot upload. I have to turn it on for each user. If it were on by default it would be a nightmare to see all the files.
Once you've uploaded, let me know and I'll set the file visible. Again, if we had it automatically approving files for everyone it would be a nightmare.
