Hi Omar,
I think that you will struggle in the US becuase Toyota has never sold
diesels over there, although you could try either Christo Slee at
http://www.sleeoffroad.com or Wayne Smith at http://www.luxuryimports.ca/.
European suppliers (excluding the UK) will be able to help, although you
may struggle with the language side of things.
I would try to contact suppliers in South Africa or Australia - have a go
on Google to see who you can find.
