Depends on the make/model. I know the VW factory units will eject if you plug out the ISO lead from the rear and re connect it. But not enough info to really offer any more advice. If its aftermarket, it may just be knackered....

The radio in the 120 will eject the CD when you first connect the power. Try disconnecting the battery.
