its a US post jeep cherokee. they like them to be rhd so the posties can jump out easily onto the kerb. They used to use proper rhd cherokees, but they were difficult to sell on (somebody who live near me has one of the rhd ones) so they run a temporary conversion whilst being used as postie vans and then the stuff is removed so they can be sold on easily as normal lhd cherokees in the local market.
