injector pump woes go on and on

Hi Guys
My cruiser has been off the road for the past 3 weeks while I got the IP fixed.
So far I have sent the pump off to Swinton and had to hire a car for that period.
I received the IP back and the mechanic fitted it but his first observations are not incuraging at all.
I have not had the cruiser back yet to drive but he says it still vibrates when its put into gear or load is applied.
What other potential items could be the issue that seems to be giving me such a painin my .

Have they set the timing properly? They HAVE to measure the plunger stroke and can't rely on the marks on the timing cover.
