Hello!

I'm Donald, 43 Years young and i'm from Holland.
As soon as i'm able to place some picture's i wil:whistle:(i need 15 posts)

I Bought my Land cruiser 80 about 2 years ago.
We use and abuse it as a daily ride, but i also like to take it out on meetings with a 4x4 club.
I like technical riding more then i like mudding.

We also have a little house/farm in Portugal.
So every year we head out there for 3 months with the LC and a big trailer.
The roads there are bad, so it's perfect for a LC .
It seems that the LC like's the abuse of towing, offroading and such:icon-biggrin:

Greets,

Donald:icon-wink:

 That's the spirit Donald, won't be long now and we will see some pictures.

2years ago i bought this LC80 4.2 TD 12Valve

Always loved the 80 serie's and my wife likes it too.
It's here daily driver.

The car hasn't seen any mud because the car was very clean and the backdiff lock wasn't working.
the diff lock was totally corroded and i replaced it with a new one.
newbatteries were fitted and the engine had some major work done on thehead en 'slide bearing' of crankshaft.
The car has rust on the top of the front window and the tailgate is in need of replacemant

The car has 3 diff locks with a automatic transmission and has done420Dkm

These pictures are taken before i bought the car.

The front axle is completely refurbished (pretty normal after 420Dkm)
a few months later my garage fitted a new turbo and i also let themreplace my exhaust.
The original exhaust was tweaked with a big sewer pipe at the end and it was making noise, so a good excuses to replace it.
The exhaust fitted is a Tecinox side exhaust.
The turbo is a upgraded one that will spool up sooner and give a little bit more power.
Alsothe dieselpump has been refurbished and adjusted to the newturbo.

Well worth the wait Donald, a nice example of the majestic 80 series.

A shame though, that it hasn't seen any mud. A bit like having a Ferrari and only driving it on grass

Good to see some pics Donald! Unusual colour combo, I think?

Any plans for the vehicle?
