I forget the guys name who runs it, but from talking on the phone he seems very helpful and nice to deal with. Very straightforward. I was gonna get a new travel cover for my rooftent from him but unfortunately he was out of stock so I got a shaped tarp' made up locally especially. I would certainly go to them before going to any Prime Tech rep.
