Lap top log-on

If I try to log on on my laptop I get a 'wrong user name or password' message and am required to decipher one of those squiggly words, but it keeps giving me the same error message

Thanks Paul, I new someone would come up with a technical answer. I tried giving it a good shake without success so I through it out of the window just to show it I really meant business, and bu**er me it worked so that must be it with these computery things you've got to show them who's boss. Now where can I find a tongue in cheek smiley?



Nah, what I really did was to apply for a new password, read it on webmail on the laptop and copied and pasted into the log in on there, and voila, sorted
