So this is interesting.
Short backstory...I was an idiot and almost melted the dipstick when it touched the battery terminal.
On partsouq.com I ordered a new dipstick by using my VIN number for reference as I always do...
Now here is the interesting part.. the new dipstick is a lot longer. Like 6cm longer.
The one that was installed when I got the truck 2 years ago is 51cm from the rubber seal thing to the tip. But the new is 57cm.
On the old there is a number 17030 on the new the number is 15301-17010
Can somebody please tell me what the length is supposed to be?
For info.. it is a hzj75 with the non turbo 1hz. First registration in May 1995 but on partsouq it come up as a 1994 model.
