Hi All.
I have an LJ78 with a 3.0 1KZT swapped in. I also changed the auto box to a manual out of an LJ70. All working fine and completed a 3 month trip around Morocco with no issues. However I didn't change the diffs at the time. I knew that the gearing would be low as a result and lived with it! Hey, it was great in the mountains and sand...
But the time has come that I want better cruising speeds and lower revs. Can someone advise me what diffs I should be looking for to swap in?
I would also like to add a locking diff to the rear and thought it would be a good time to do it while changing the diff anyway. Is it with looking for a rear axle with a locking rear diff that also has a better ratio for my setup? Advise please
