thought people might be interested in this load restraint system. They are used for fixing wheelchairs into ambulances so pretty robust!!

gives a lot more flexibility for loading, especially shallow loads, than the standard tie downs. Securing these would have been almost impossible without the rails

Yep they are good I fitted same in my hilux

I have them slightly more inboard so I can use them for load restraint and also to secure my drawer system using captive bolts

Hey Moggy, that works out pretty sweet.

Our cargo control system is one of our top sellers at the moment and we send our mounting kits all over the world. We use this kit ourselves and the possibilities of use are endless, everything from load beds to roof racks to inside applications holding heavy tool boxes etc in place. It has served us well over the years and proved itself worth while recently on our overland trip in North Africa.

The System was originally developed so aircraft seats be moved around, so as you say pretty robust.

Glad it has worked out for your application and we do some pretty nice end caps too as well as threaded slot in sections etc.

They are also used to fix down aircraft seating.

Got these in the back of my 80, got them from these chaps

but I can't find the article on their site. I do remember ordering on the phone though so give them a call and ask.
