Loss of forward Drive

Hi guys,

Local garage Just changed autobox oil and filter on 4.5 petrol after they said that the box was low on fluid after its MOT so asked them to change oil and filter as it was a little black.
Now only has reverse gear and no forward.

Any ideas

I don't know diddly about the auto box but, it does seem odd that it was functioning before oil and filter change. I wonder if oil change has moved some debris or could air be in the system?

It seems odd, as the only thing that happens with a fluid and filter change is unbolting the sump and removing the filter. I guess the filter could not be positioned correctly, or double gasketed, or there is not enough fluid. Have you checked the level properly? What says the garage? Did they use correct fluid? What filter did they use?
