New Languages

I've stuck a bit in now to select a different language to view the site in. Look top left, you can change it to something else. Hopefully a bit nicer for all the foreign visitors.
Seems to have lots of options but non for Scotland or Liverpool. Sorry, will look into it

I've removed it for a bit Was causing some annoying "bouncing" of the browser. Will be back soon.
