Hi All Chad here from Canada, been into Toyota 4x4's for 34 years but new to the Land Cruiser seen as I recently picked up my 1969 FJ40 project and I mean PROJECT lol.
My 69 has been a pile of parts for 20 + years, sitting on a shortened 86 4Runner frame. I will be solid axle swapping this frame with mini truck axles that are built with 5:29's, Longfield axles, ARB lockers, high steer, 37's, full cage, etc. As of right now the plan is a 4.3L tbi v6 t350 to Toyota 23 spline t-cases. This will be a custom build with more questions daily lol.
