Privacy glass

hello to everyone

i've owned an LC3 for a few years now,it's now going to be used primarily offroad
i'm going to buy another 120 for my everyday car

if i find a decent 120 with privacy glass,is it just a film and can it be removed?
or is the tint laminated in the glass?

It's just a film so you can remove it if you want

Lightly heat it with a hair dryer and work at the edges with a Stanley blade. It will come off a treat.

I know this sounds aparticularly stupid question, but my privacy glass is seriously dark and I’d like to remove – but is the film on the inner or outer glass, please?​

Might want to get some tar and glue remover to take the sticky stuff off the glass if it leaves it behind,worked a treat for me,then just cleaned glass with glass cleaner.
