Rear bumper with swing away

Wanting to buy a rear bumper with swing away for my 78. Wondering if there is anyone out there (UK) who can make me one rather than having to import one? Plus I’d like a custom unit with a winch in the back. So if you are or know a good fabricator please let me know.
