Replacement remote key fob

I need to find a replacement remote key fob for my 99 colorado, all the replacements I've seen on eBay are a different shape with buttons in a different place. My buttons run in a straight line down one side if the remote fob and all the ones on eBay I've seen the buttons are diagonally opposite each other. I just need the case as I think the electronics are ok.

I posted this to you on the 7th via Royal Mail signed for delivery, and have been tracking it using the number that I PM'd you with, the website say's that it is still in the system and not signed for.
