Resizing pics to post on the forum - help

Can anyone tell me how to resize pics to post on this forum?

I thought I asked this before and someone told me on this forum, but when I search through my old threads / posts I can't find anything. I think the program or site someone showed me was called something like "Tny-pic" or something along those lines. Anyway, can any regular posters here remind me or even tell me of a new site to resize the pics. Can I use Ms Paint or Windows image viewer thing to do it?

I thought there was a thread on this forum explaining the procedure, any mods able to link me, please?

When you first attach a file i think there are some icons in the Top corners of the pic that give you the option to post as Normal or full size.... Or The delete Bin symbol..... If thats what you mean

I use PIXresizer - its 'freeware' and works very well.
