Hi Guys,
There are quite a few FJs over here in Alberta and they do look the business! In the current issue of 4x4 (Peterson's) there's an FJ fully equipped including a blower on the engine... very, very nice!
Possibly you may or may not know the history of the FJ... in case you don't....
It was built as a homage to the 40 series as a styling exercise and put on show at the Detroit Motor Show around 04 or 05 (can't remember which) and there were so many people offering cash or cheques during the show that Mr Toyota decided to build a limited number... but that got extended and extended. If you want a new one round here, join the queue, dealers will let you have yours only when the next one for the customer after you, has arrived. That way they always have one in the showroom and the order time is around six months. loads of after market goodies available and the trucks really stand out in a country where everyone has some sort of 4x4.
