RPM Level

I replaced Tappet Cover Gasket to stop the minor oil leak, everything done well but a problem started

before the repair:

When start the Engine the RPM is above 1 and will come below 1 after warming.

after repair:

When start the Engine the RPM is below Level 1 and goes above 1 after warming.
Also when put ON the AC the race is not rising same as before.

any advice what is wrong?

Welcome to the forum.
I suggest starting by making a signature line containing the details of your cruiser.
For the current query it would be required to know which engine you have. Diesel or petrol, turbo or n/a, year, market, power heater or not, etc.

(All in all -- lotsa words to say: Don't have the foggiest)

Thanks uHu, it is a Petrol Engine, 6 Cylinders 4.5, Model 2001 GXR

Did you leave a vacuum pipe or similar off?

No all the vacuum pipes are connected well. While repairing I removed the two pipes from the AirFilter and the Main big hose and after repair reconnect it the same as before.
