HI

Just been installing a Series 21 Seaflo pump into my 12o.

Had all setup in my workshop and it worked fine, installed it into my 120, dead. Checked all the volts and there fine.

Pretty basic but just in case i'm missing something.

Any thoughts anyone?

yeah, checked that 1st. Looks like the pump just died. Anyone else using Seaflo pumps. How reliable are they?

They are meant to be the dogs.

Try setting it up again how you did on the bench?

Fixed.

Found the neutral wire had come disconnected inside the motor. I had to take it apart to find this, It was a last resort as Its probably void the guarantee.

Its a poor design and others should be aware, the neutral wire goes into the motor case onto a spade connection onto the back of the motor. The Spade connection is a clip on type, which I have not seen before. The clip had broken, so the spade connector had slid off. I've now soldered both wires on to ensure this never happens again.

Now have pumping water in the back of my 120, :)

Thanks for the suggestions.

G.
