Seized spare wheel lock

Update:
I got the wheel locking nuts and drilled the old spare wheel lock out. I used 6mm and 9mm drill bits, an old flat screwdriver, a hammer and some force. You basically only need to drill out/chisel the small cylinder on top of the lock (see pictures) in order to remove the whole lock. I fitted the new locking nut and it works perfectly. I would recommend this to you @Gorm. I bought them on Amazon: Locking nuts: 00276-00901.
