Julian - I had to ask - are you having a bad time with solictor(s) ? I
appreciate it is a rare thing to have a good time with one - on a
professional basis that is.
Regards Gareth.

Hi,
Just thought I would warn you that the list will be moving over the
next couple of days to a different server so it may go down for a few
hours.
You should still be able to post to the list, but the messages might
get delayed.

Hi Gareth,
Only from the point of view that they take ages to do anything and need
to be chased.
My own is brilliant, but am waiting for a payout from a company that I
was involved in setting up a few years back and they seem to be taking
ages to get all the various contracts sorted out - it should have been
sorted in April.
There again I have also now spent over 4.5years trying to resolve a
family will/trust arrangement which is being continually delayed by
solicitor cock ups - the only good thing is that they admit they have
made a mess of things so the last three years work has been free, which
is possibly why it is taking so long.
Cruiser content - I'm using some of the finds from the shares to get
the new 80, kit it out and furnish a decent workshop.

Gareth,
On a minor point - the correct form is "Illegitimis", which is the dative
plural of "illegitimus". In Latin the gerundive takes the dative to denote the
agent.
I know, I should get a life ....:))))

Shouldn't it be "Noli illegitimi carborundum?"
Christopher Bell
(Also "Quem Deus vult perdere, prius dementat" ... I'm certainly demented at present as I'm running a horse trials on Sunday!)
