Pressures tested (a week late) and all appears fine. In fact I had to let some air out on a couple of the tyres! Valves may have been the problem after all. Thanks for all the suggestions anyway chaps.

That has to be the absolute worst place to get a hairline crack Crispin. Very nasty

Good news you've resolved the air loss problem, I'm just hoping that the crack in the rim has healed, sounded painful that!

What type of weights did you have? often the knock on ones can allow a leak, much better the stick ons.....
