Who fancies a midweek trip to the Gap over the next week or two? It's way
too long since I drove it so do one or two fancy a trip?
Pete

Would love to but fully committed until early May. Keep me posted on any
trips. Cheers Ken

Hi Pete,
Count me in, depending on the date though, have work to be done on the
Cruiser which may clash.

Hi Chas
I'm thinking of a midweek trip. The Gap road is open till the end of March
so sometime over the next two weeks it will have to be.
I have no idea what other lanes are driveable though. There's always Strata
Florida I suppose?
Pete

Hi Pete,
I'm afraid I will have to give it a miss for a few weeks, the Cruiser is at
Dr Julian's workshop after losing a wheel yet again, the same one as before,
you may remember it happened before, this time I was not lucky enough to
reach my drive before it gave way, this time it was doing 50mph on the A3 on
my way to do some greenlaning round The Devils Punchbowl, but I managed to
bring it to a screeching halt without any injuries (except to my trousers) I
had been off-road up in North Wales the day before and I think I may have
done some damage there. While Julian has it he will be doing a few
necessary jobs before I head off to Croatia in July. I think I will give up
off-roading until after I come back.
