TLC78 / Troopy interior build ideas, layouts and plans

Hello all
I am trying to collect some ideas/diagrams/pictures of the internal layout for Troopies. My main assumptions are that I would have
- a pop top roof (ie with bed up top)
- the vehicle will be used for overlanding travel (rather than technical rock crawling or dune bashing weekends)
- each trip would likely be 1-3 months at a time
- quite a lot would be off grid
- we would be two people
- Key requirements would be fridge-freezer and some water storage, but otherwise we dont have many demands.
We do tend to travel pretty light on average so I think we definitely dont need floor to ceiling cupboards!

Any all ideas welcome.
Feel free to ask questions if i have left out a useful data point or assumption.

Apologies if there is already an effective thread on this. I did try to search for interior stuff.
