I have been offered this for £100 I have no where to store it and have no idea if its worth it but the lady tells me its a car trailer with new tyres and bearings but no ramps. I think i can see a pump on the far side but not sure what do you think?

Looks a bit small to be a car trailer

I think with twin axles and a galvanized chassis its worth a lot more than 100 quid to somebody , get it and stick it on ebay .

I reckon that would need a lot of work to make it useable. Looks like it has stood for a long while. No clear sign of brake cables, lots of rust. Deck looks about 10x5 but in possibly not the original one from the trailer judging by the steel on the front and just in front of the axle. . If you want to put in the work, then £100 is practically nothing. But I'd say you would put £600 plus into it, so save your money and buy a decent one.... If it had a good hydratow or avonride hitch its worth a coupe of quid...

It could be a converted caravan chassis looking at the otherwise redundant cross member at the front of the deck.

The deck also looks as if it may be a rear hinged tipping deck, it seems to be mounted quite high and normally car trailers decks are kept low and between the wheels, not above them.

I think it's a home-made from an Eccles Elan circa 1979...
