If you want one thats not rusty at all I'd contact Nayar Akbar on FB forums. the chances of a rust free UK one is as remote as tripping over a pile of unicorn poo.
That said, I reckon Ive been storing one for @GeekOKent for a considerable time now. I'd contact him and see if he still wants it or to part with it.

AFAIR KB there was more than just the bumper. I'll have a search around and see what there is. It's a fair while since I collected it
